Terms

Last updated: 2026-07-09

The plain version: you pay once, we build you a file, and if it doesn't hold up you get your money back.

The rest of this page is the careful version.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase of a personalized instructions file, generated from a short interview. There is no subscription and no account. You are not buying access to a platform; you are buying one finished document.

The file is yours

You own the instructions file we deliver. Use it, edit it, share it, do what you like with it. We claim no rights over it.

What we can't promise

The file is produced by an AI system. It is built from what you tell us, and it is checked against a quality bar before delivery — but it is not professional advice of any kind, and it is not guaranteed to produce any particular result.

Use your judgement, especially where money, health, law, or safety are involved.

Fair use

Don't use the service to produce content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or intended to abuse someone. Don't attempt to extract our prompts or interfere with the service.

Our quality check blocks harmful requests. If it does, you are refunded automatically and no file is delivered.

Price and tax

Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. Any promotional code is applied at checkout, and no code can reduce the price below our stated floor.

Refunds

See our Refund policy. In short: if our quality check can't produce a file that meets the bar, you're refunded automatically. And if it's not sharper than what you get from Claude today, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund every cent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
